I was going to skipping this one as I think it was a mistake and not an Obama confession but this could obviously play a part in the debate between now and the American elections so why not post it. It is a video of Obama saying,

"McCain hasn't talked about my Muslim faith.

Certainly for people who have heard the, Obama is a Muslim, rumors this video clip will work to solidify what they are already predisposed to be believing. I'm not sure how much of a blip this will be but my first impression is, this is not good. Video below the fold

One of the problems with this clip is that it wasn't Barack Obama who caught the slip but the interviewer. I suppose this can work as an "October surprise" as a defense against "Troopergate" should Palin be found to have had poor judgment. This will be nationally televised and replayed and nausea on the likes of YouTube to divert attention. I find it odd that while Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have been taken over by the Government things like "Troopergate" and "MuslimGate"(to coin another silly phrase) can still play a role in the elections.
